Rajagiri College of Social Sciences (RCSS), located in Kochi, Kerala, was established in 1955 by the Carmelites of Mary Immaculate (CMI). It began as a department offering a Diploma in Social Services under a larger institution but later evolved into an independent college in 1980. The college moved to its current Hill Campus in Kalamassery in 1967 and has since grown into one of the leading institutions in South India for higher education.
